By accessing our website, signing up for a trial, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

AuraFlow provides an AI-powered call-answering service that answers incoming phone calls on behalf of your business, qualifies callers, captures lead information, and books appointments directly onto your calendar. The Services include call forwarding, automated greetings, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and related features.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial of our Services. The trial begins on the date your account is activated. During the trial period, you may use the Services at no cost. If the Services do not work for your business, you may cancel at any time during the trial by turning the service off or contacting us — no commitment required.

Trial accounts are limited in scope and may be subject to usage caps. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate trial offerings at any time without notice.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

After the trial period, continued use of the Services requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you before you are charged. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. SMS & Phone Consent

By providing your phone number and using our Services, you consent to receive phone calls and SMS messages from AuraFlow and your callers may receive automated communications as part of the call-answering service. This includes appointment confirmations, reminders, and service notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to direct calls and messages to any phone number you configure with our Services, and for obtaining any consent required from your callers under applicable law.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account and billing information;
• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes;
• Obtain proper consent from callers before recording calls where required by law;
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services; and
• Comply with all applicable laws, including telephone consumer protection and telemarketing regulations.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to send spam, unsolicited marketing messages, or any content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, branding, content, and features, are owned by AuraFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business name, call content, and customer data. We retain a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call will result in a booked appointment. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated transcripts or summaries.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AuraFlow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.
